You’re invited to celebrate one year on from the launch of Tauranga Moana Biosecurity Capital and join our 2019 Biosecurity Excellence Symposium.

The theme is ‘This is personal’ highlighting how biosecurity incursions affect all of us – reminding us what’s at stake and why we’re working collectively to protect our region from unwanted pests and diseases.

The second half of the day will showcase how we’re building our biosecurity capability across the network and the gains we’ve made in the last twelve months.
We’ll be hearing from inspirational speakers about why biosecurity matters, what we’ve learned in the last year and where we should focus our efforts going forward.
The event programme includes tea, coffee, and snacks on arrival; a networking lunch; and, an afternoon of case studies and interactive sessions. A cash bar will be open at the end of the day.
