Welcome to our newest TMBC members, Predator Free Bay of Plenty and Biosecurity Research
Predator Free BOP is a community led, backyard trapping initiative that aims to bring native birds back to our suburbs and help make NZ predator free by 2050.
Biosecurity Research, run by Dr Karyn Froud has expertise in epidemiological research into pest and disease outbreaks, and investigating factors affecting productivity, particularly in association with plant based industries. They also develop response plans, systems, training and exercises.
